The practitioner behind the practice
Adeline is a forensic and integrity specialist with over 25 years of international experience across Australasia and Europe, spanning government, law enforcement, professional services and industry.
Over her career she has been appointed to establish and lead forensic and integrity functions, including as the inaugural leader of the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness and Housing's Integrity function and in senior forensic roles with Deloitte and RSM. Her focus is helping leaders and teams make integrity practical, powerful and sustainable - building trusted teams, frameworks and cultures that move organisations beyond compliance and give them confidence that integrity risks are identified, investigated and managed effectively.
Adeline is also committed to developing the next generation of integrity practitioners through her work with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) as a chapter executive, mentor and speaker.
Earlier in her career she worked on high-profile investigations with the London Metropolitan Police (Scotland Yard), where she was commended for pioneering forensic accounting techniques used in major cases.
In 2026 she established Adeline Shelley Integrity Advisory to bring that depth of experience directly to organisations that need independent, senior and trusted integrity support.
